Day 1: Welcome to Uganda!
Day Itinerary
Upon landing at Entebbe International Airport, you will go through the immigration protocol and on getting done, as you exit the tunnel, your driver/guide, will warmly welcome you to Uganda, and he will pick you up from Entebbe airport and transfers you to your booked accommodation for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay. You will have the opportunity to rest and prepare for your safari adventure the following day. Our driver will ensure that you are comfortable and ready for an exciting and unforgettable experience exploring the beautiful landscapes and wildlife of Uganda.

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale National Park. Travel time + 6hrs
Day Itinerary
After early morning breakfast by 6am, you meet your guide and drive off heading to Kibale Forest National Park; you will drive through a scenic lush green countryside.
You will enjoy an early lunch at your lodge, and after drive to the park office for Chimpanzee trekking at 2 pm, for briefing before going for Chimpanzee tracking, where you may encounter other primates like Vervet Monkeys, Blue Hoest Monkeys, Black and white colobus Monkeys among others. The park is known as home of primates with 13 primate’s species including the famous chimpanzees. The trek takes roughly 2 – 4 hours, depending on the chimpanzee movement. One hour will be allocated to you, to have a wonderful interaction with the chimpanzees, as you take pictures and short videos, as your local guide explains to you all the biological background of the chimpanzee as you interact. You will later return from trek and drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Travel time +6hrs.
Day Itinerary
Following having breakfast at your lodge, we shall drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the magnificent route to your booked accommodation with an en route lunch and later reach at your lodge, spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing and preparing for the next day’s Gorilla trekking exercise.
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage site located in Uganda. It’s known for its diverse flora and fauna, with over 350 bird species and over 400 gorillas. Bwindi offers a unique birding experience for bird enthusiasts, as well as gorilla trekking for wildlife enthusiasts. The park’s thick forest makes for an exciting and immersive adventure, attracting tourists from all over the world. It’s best to visit during the dry season for optimal bird watching and gorilla trekking experiences.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Day Itinerary
Early morning, with packed lunch, you will go to the park headquarters for a briefing before embarking on the gorilla trekking adventure. The gorilla trekking is always referred to as a lifetime moment, as it leaves with a great experience of meeting the gorillas face to face in the jungle. You will be given an hour upon finding the gorillas to take a great moment with them as you watch the juveniles swing from one tree branch to another. You will return for lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, you just relax at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5: Transfer back to Musanze – Rwanda
Day Itinerary
Begin the day with a cup of coffee. You later meet your guide and hit the road to Rwanda via Cyanika border, and proceed to the twin Lake, where you will undertake a canoe ride experience on the Twin Lakes, by 11 am, exploring the beautiful lake, with great view of the Volcanoes. Later drive to Musanze town, for lunch in the local restaurant, and in afternoon, drive to visit Ellen DeGeneres Campus of Dian Fossey, learn more about her role in Gorilla Conservation, with great support.
Later drive to your booked accommodation, for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Dian Fossey Hike
Day Itinerary
Early in the morning by 6:30 am, you will receive a briefing from the park ranger at RDB Office, before heading for your hiking adventure. Start the climb; you climb to Dian Fossey grave yard on a guided trail, with a great informative ranger guide, who will share with you the entire story of Dian Fossey’s life at the park, her relationship with the gorillas and her great work towards gorilla conservation. The hike takes roughly 5 – 7 hours round trip, depending on your hiking experience, and the hiking group of that day. You will later return, meet your guide and drive back to your lodge, for refreshment, later dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Golden Monkey trekking and transfer to Kigali
Day Itinerary
Today after your warm early morning breakfast, we will be transferred back to the park headquarters for briefing and start off your day golden monkey trekking in search of these primates in the jungle. Just like the gorilla trekking experience, the same trekking procedures and guidelines apply to golden monkey trekking though not so hectic like gorilla trekking. Later return, visit Ellen DeGeneres campus of Dian Fossey, learn more about gorilla conservation, as you visit Dian Fossey museum. You’ll head back to your hotel for lunch and refresh before, transfer to Kigali. Time permitting, you may undertake an added Kigali city tour to explore the local market, craft shops, before you head to your booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Airport transfer and fly to Tanzania.
Day Itinerary
Have a relaxed early morning breakfast, and depending on your flight time, you will be transferred to Entebbe airport for your early morning flight to Tanzania to proceed with your wildlife adventure.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will meet your One More Adventure Safaris, Tanzania Specialist guide. He will warmly welcome you, assist you to your safari vehicle, and transfer you to your accommodation in Karatu and the rest of the day is at leisure, you can relax and enjoy the African atmosphere. You’re personal and experienced Tanzania Specialist guide not only knows a lot about Tanzanian culture, but can also tell you a lot about the beautiful national parks and sights of the country. So don’t be afraid to ask your guide questions – he will be happy to answer them all. Tomorrow morning your Tanzania safari will begin!

Day 9: En route game to Central Serengeti Park

Your safari adventure begins today!
Start the day with a hearty breakfast before heading out on an en-route game drive as you travel to the iconic Serengeti National Park. Along the way, you’ll pass through diverse landscapes. Keep your eyes open for wildlife as you traverse open plains and woodlands. The Serengeti’s vast, endless horizons come into view, signaling the beginning of an incredible adventure. You may spot predators such as cheetahs or hyenas prowling the grasslands as you approach your camp. Upon arrival in the Central Serengeti, you will undertake a game drive experience in the park, unwind and enjoy the stunning sunset views before dinner.

Day 10: Game Drive from Central Serengeti to River Crossing (North Serengeti)
Day Itinerary
Enjoy a beautiful breakfast at the lodge, before transferring to the northern Serengeti national park, this time take in as much as you can of the great Mara River wildebeest crossing. Witness the thrilling action of the river crossing of hundreds and thousands of wildebeest, the awaiting predators, crocodiles, accompanying zebras, wallowing hippos, elephants and local and migratory birds.
Later head to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 11: Full Day Game drives in Northern Serengeti Mara River, Kogatende Region
Day Itinerary
Early breakfast, depart for morning game drive along the Mara river. You will be waiting to cross along the river, but you will also do game drive, the Mara River is the last major obstacle standing between the Wildebeest Migration and the relative safety of the Masai Mara. If you’re patient and a little lucky, you may even get to witness the death-defying crossing itself where wildebeest and zebras brave the river’s currents and crocodiles in an attempt to reach safety on the opposite bank. In the afternoon leave the northern Serengeti route to the central Serengeti.
Later head to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 12: North Serengeti Game drives to Central Serengeti.
Day Itinerary
After breakfast, we head to find good sightings for wildebeest migration and the wildebeest crossing the Mara River. A long stretch of the Mara River runs through the northern Serengeti National Park and the Mara River provides the migration with its most difficult obstacles; you will spend the full day at the river waiting for migration crossing. The great migration will be along the Mara River and this will be your opportunity to see them crossing the famous Mara River full of crocodiles ambushing them. After lunch you will be transferred to the central Serengeti plains, game viewing en-route south from the Mara River valley takes you through hills country.

Day 13: Full Day Game in Ngorongoro crater.
Day Itinerary
Depart early for a full day in the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s natural wonders. The crater, formed by a collapsed volcano, is a haven for wildlife, featuring diverse habitats including forests, grasslands, and lakes. Descend into the crater floor, where you’ll encounter an incredible density of animals: elephants, rhinos, lions, and vast herds of wildebeests and zebras. The crater also hosts a large population of flamingos along the shores of Lake Magadi, creating a stunning visual contrast. Your guide will share the rich history and geology of this unique ecosystem. A picnic lunch amidst the wildlife provides a perfect midday pause before continuing your exploration. In the late afternoon, ascend the crater walls and drive to Karatu, a charming town nestled on the highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Spend the night at a cozy lodge in Karatu.

Day Itinerary
Let’s wind up the adventure in style!
This is a far less visited national park on the circuit so you can enjoy some spectacular wildlife sightings in this vast wilderness with lower visitor densities. As you enter the park and game drive through it, you’ll pass huge herds of elephants surrounded by open woodlands and acacia trees. You will spend the rest of the day exploring the ravines and swamps which are teeming with wildlife. Passing the Tarangire River, watch in astonishment as you witness an enormous herd of elephants, ambling along the riverbank. It is common to see herds of up to 300 elephants in the dry season here, so you will really get a sense of the magnitude of these giants. Later, drive back to Arusha, where you will spend your last night of the safari.
